We offer ongoing community support, guided learning programs, short courses, and simple resources — all rooted in the TENDing Method, a body-led approach to healing and sustainable living.

The TENDing Method is a 10-week virtual group coaching program that combines nervous system regulation, body awareness, medical expertise, and community. It’s the most comprehensive way to work with Body Luminary.

That’s completely okay. Most people who find their way here are in a season where things feel unclear — that’s often exactly why they’re here.

A few questions that might help:


If you’re in an active flare, depleted, or don’t have much capacity right now — start with Path 1 or the $19/month Tending Circle. Low commitment, easy to cancel, and genuinely useful even on hard days.

If you have some stability and want something to hold onto month to month — The Tending Practice at any tier is a good fit.

If you’re stable enough to take on a structured program and want to understand your body in a deeper way — TENDing Foundations is where to go.

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
