Week 7: The Inner Garden - Thoughts, Beliefs & Identity
Examine the mental patterns that shape your healing journey. Move beyond the "sick person" identity trap, work with limiting beliefs, and understand the difference between toxic positivity and genuine hope.

Week 9: Master Gardening - Understanding Long COVID & Supplement Strategies
Get the post-viral illness insights and evidence-based information you've been seeking. Understand Long COVID, related conditions, and how to navigate supplements intelligently.
You'll explore:
What makes Long COVID similar to/different from ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia
Post-exertional malaise (PEM) and why it matters

Yes. Advanced TENDing builds directly on the foundational practices and nervous system work from weeks 1-6. Without that groundwork, weeks 7-10 won't make sense.

Can I join if I took Foundations with a different cohort? Absolutely! All TENDing Foundations graduates are welcome, regardless of which cohort you completed.

What if I don't have Long COVID? Is Week 9 still relevant? Yes. While Week 9 includes specific Long COVID information, it also covers evidence-based supplement strategies, working with practitioners, and understanding post-viral patterns that apply to many chronic conditions including ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, and MCAS.

Week 8 is designed to create space for grief without forcing anything. You go at your own pace, and the community holds space for wherever you are. If you're not ready to fully engage with grief, you can witness others' processes and take what you need.
